Aries x Taurus – Fire + Earth = Lava

The Good: Venus and Mars, as they say, are supposed to sync up well together. When this energy is manifested into guys, the results can be deliciously sociological. Aries men are active and aggressive. Taurus men, even if they know they want something, are more likely to let things come to them. Since these men are both relentless in their determination, when they like each other, they go hard. The Aries is the big, strong personality that Taurus boys secretly like. They are both naturally driven, unrelenting characters who aren't afraid to call out the world on its occasional bullshit. They are a tough tag-team, even to the point of occasional meanness. This is not so for each other, because even if one or the other doesn't know their limits, they never end up doing any real emotional damage because they both fundamentally know that they care about each other's feelings. They would just never DARE show it.

The Bad: And that's where some of the problems arise. It is very hard for either of these men to ever admit they are wrong. And yet, when someone screws up in this match, no damage can be healed until one relents to the other. Neither of the two are out to get at each other, or even undermine the other's authority. They are way too equal playing field for that. The Aries boy should learn to leave the organization and planning skills to the Virgo, who will use his boyfriend initiative and support as fuel. When they have learned to channel each other's drives, this relationship will be on the right track again.

The Sexy: In bed, the Aries, normally full-throttle force, realizes that sex is a pure act. This is the gift of a Virgo (hey Beyonce, I just name-checked your song). The Good: Aries is brawn, Capricorn is brain, but both are all about being dominate. When they meet, they see a worthy opponent in each other. Both of these signs have horns, and creatures with horns like to clash. Their inner monologues at first, are probably the exact same as the other's: “Ugh, is SO annoying...I must fuck him.” And then they do. And then they realize they have a lot more in common than once thought. For one, they are both ambitious and challenging characters. They encourage this in each other, as well as success. They also both love the traditional forms of love and dating, as cliché as they are (and they both probably don't realize it). The are devoted to each other to a fault when they are in love.

The Bad: The problem is that their energies work against each other. Capricorn likes to restrict himself and others as a way of life and caution. Aries likes to charge full speed ahead. This gives Capricorn a headache, and neither boy will relent to the other. They both love to be right, but at levels more deranged than the Virgo x Aries pairing. Their fights are insufferable and unrelenting. Equally bad is if they see one or the other as the “man” or “woman” in the relationship. This highly archaic way of thinking is detrimental to not just the entirety of the gay community, but their relationship itself.
